On Wednesday 22 November 2023 NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg met with Prime Ministers of North Macedonia, Albania, and Montenegro in Skopje.
The Meeting in the North Macedonian capital was hosted by Prime Minister Dimitar Kovačevski. Together with Prime Minister Edi Rama of Albania, and Prime Minister Milojko Spajić of Montenegro they discussed the future of the region.
